BOOKING CONDITIONS:
A deposit of $1,000.00 per person is requested at time of reservation, together with insurance premium (optional). Book as early as possible as space is limited.
Balance of $2495.00, plus single supplement if applicable, due no later than 21 May/2010.

Cheques should be made payable to Executive Worldwide Travel. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners/EnRoute credit cards are also accepted.

INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE:

• Accommodation at Empress Hotel, Victoria, for six nights; two nights at Long Beach Lodge, Tofino, in Pacific Rim National Park.
• All breakfasts; two receptions; three dinners; afternoon tea at Empress Hotel.
• Admission to Royal BC Museum; Butchart Gardens; Butterfly Gardens and guides as detailed in the tour itinerary.
• Private coach transportation for day trips; return ferry transportation to Salt Spring Island; transfers Victoria to Tofino return.
• Porterage of one piece of luggage per person.
• All taxes & gratuities.

Return flights from your home city to our destination, cancellation, baggage and health insurance, excess baggage charges, food and beverages not included in the group menus, individual services and any items of a personal nature.


Full refund up to 90 days prior to departure, less $500.00 per person. Between 90 and 45 days prior to departure, full refund less $1500.00 per person. Less than 45 days prior to departure, total cost of tour is non-refundable. After departure, no refund will be made for any unused hotel accommodation, meals, transfers, sightseeing, etc. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing.
