What’s Included in the Price

Price: $6585.00 CAD/USD.Twin occupancy, based on a minimum number of tour members participating. Tour starts at hotel in Aberdeen, July 1st; ends at hotel in Glasgow, July 18th.

• Single supplement: $1130.00 per person CAD/USD.
• Tour is limited to a maximum number of 20 participants.

NOTE: The airfare between North America and Britain is not included in the tour price above. It has been our experience that many of you will want to travel from a variety of airports in the U.S. and Canada, or will wish to take advantage of your frequent flyer points. Due to our access to special airline rates, we can calculate the most economical airfare for you depending on the dates you wish to fly, your departure city and the routing you prefer. Price includes:

• Accommodation: 17 nights in twin-bedded rooms with ensuite facilities (private toilet, bath or shower).
• Meals: Daily full Scottish breakfast; 16 dinners; two receptions.
• Private coach throughout the tour.
• Four domestic flights on Loganair, including air taxes.
• Overnight ferry cabins and transportation from Aberdeen to Lerwick.
• Two half-day workshops with members of Shetland Guild of Spinners, Weavers & Dyers.
• Transfers & porterage: includes one piece of checked baggage per person.
• Entry fees and local guides as detailed in itinerary, plus British Heritage Pass for admission to historic sites and National Trust properties.
• All gratuities.
• Accompanied by an experienced tour escort throughout the itinerary.
• British Value Added Tax (VAT) of 20% included where applicable.

Not included: Lunches, tea and coffee breaks, alcoholic beverages. Personal items such as laundry, room service, telephone charges, medical, travel and baggage insurance, passport fees, single supplement, fuel surcharge on Loganair if announced. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance—Jean will give you advice on coverage and premiums.

1. Deposit: $1000.00 CAD/USD – immediately to save your place as space is limited.
2. Final payment: $5585.00 CAD/USD. Due no later than May 2, 2011. Plus single supplement if applicable; any future fuel charges by Loganair.
